Dancing is a social activity, it has the added benefit of strengthening social ties, which is also known to improve health. It is lots of fun but also, according to Yale researchers, one of the best ways to jog your memory and substitutes nicely for daily walks or light aerobics.

Dancing vigorously for about 10 minutes will raise the heart rate enough to trigger the release of endorphins, which counteract any stress hormones raging through the body. This results in a mellow, happy feeling after this pleasant exercise! *


New classes start every 6 weeks, and students can attend classes at the same or lower level at THREE MORE locations FOR FREE! Instead of one hour a week they can actually dance FOUR hours as Beginners, EIGHT hours as Intermediates, or even TWELVE hours as Advanced students every week!


Students do not need partners, dancers rotate
